Is this just an amazing coincidence?

I named my town Maple (was supposed to be Maple Town, but I wasn't sure if they would say town on their own, so I didn't want it to end up being Maple Town Town. lol) and the first animal to move into town is... Maple. And she moved in right next to me. Is it possible that naming the town the same name as one of the animals caused that, or just a coincidence? I'm assuming coincidence, but still that's pretty cool. lol

Should've named the town Mitzi. lol

That's awesome. I loveeeee Maple lol she was I believe one of my first villagers ever in Wild World. It might be that the game somehow knew this though
