ISO?? The AC themed Wii Console...

Hi there! Wow, this is truly a blast from the past to be re-joining this forum. My first account was made in ohhh... 2006 or so. Clearly I don't have access to that now but I'm still glad to be here nonetheless! Now down to the question at hand: Does anyone know anything at all about the AC themed Wii Console? I've attached a photo below for reference. As I understand it, this was fan-made/ an add-on, not an officially themed nintendo console release. However, I've always wanted to find out who made it and if it's an obtainable object. There are a few broken links or links just to a photo which unfortunately doesn't help much in the way of finding one for myself. Anyway, thanks all and it's great to be back in this community.

Oh. My. GOSH. Thank you immensely! I remembered seeing it as a kid when City Folk first came out and thought it was the most amazing thing ever. I've thought about it again every once in a while and knew I could rely on the internet to find answers. You're awesome!! <3
