Do you have any items you love to use a lot?
I find myself decorating a lot with the succulents, antique radio, books, and log stakes, especially outside.

Inside of my character’s house, I use stacked books, teddy bears, and cushions.

I think it’s a cute idea and like to hear what others use too.

I love the tree bounty lamp. I use it so often I’m just obsessed with it. But I also love using the potted plants like the coffee plant or fan palm. Furniture wise, I love the Nordic set and ranch in white.

Hmmmm... Probably Rocket Lamps, Starry Garland, Vine Garland, Hanging Glowing Moss, gyroids, all the plants, a lot of kitchen items because I love making kitchens!

I wish they had statistics on which items you've placed the most, it would be interesting to see.

In my house, I go for different themes for each room. The main room is sort of random items but then I have a living room that has a couch, small table with a tea set on it, a fireplace, a stereo, and a clock on the wall plus photos of Isabelle and Tom Nook and art on the walls. The room in the back is a kitchen and then I have the final room on the main floor set up to be Japanese/Asian themed. Upstairs is the bedroom and the basement I’m currently turning into a musical instrument performance and practice room. I need a few more instruments for my vision but the room will sort of be set up like a band performance. The Bedroom is sort of a grouping of items that I think look nice and would fit in any real world bedroom such as a lava lamp and hanging accent lights. The Asian Room is mostly to display the Kimono Racks and Kimonos on the wall.

I love using the spooky fence, always found it pretty. Stone lanterns or stone stools with candles on top are also what I usually go with for lighting outside.~

Indoors is less coherent but there is at least one object that makes a ongoing sound in every room, whether it’s a TV, music player or in one case the grandfather clock. I like having them so if decide to pause for a minute, there’s background noise to help chill.~

I pretty much do the same thing. My Kitchen has a flatscreen on the wall that is always on, my main room has a wooden Music Box item, and my living room has a retro stereo system. My basement is currently being set up to be a band/musical instrument room with a few instruments that I have collected so far.

Right now I am decorating with tons of termite mounds for a project on my east beach. On this remodel I have used a good variety of different things, but in past islands I used the wooden stakes a lot! Like an excessive amount… hahaha!

I don't really have one thing I use to decorate any part of my island with more than the other. I guess it just depends on the area and general idea I am going with. Because I have some tall garden lamps near this spooky abandoned house/forest area I made. Gives it a bit of an ominous glow.

Literally any plants, flower or garden items I use all the time I also love using the star items I love seeing them light up on my island at night :)

I end up gravitating towards the zen themed furniture for indoor items, mixed with some antique. I also use a lot of plants and ivy pot wall hangings. I'd say the most popular just because the sheer amount of them used to make outdoor builds: stalls, retro rest stop, and simple panels.

Flowers, garden decoration, and sitting areas. I have so many flowers, benches, rocks, couches, tea cups, tables, drinks, etc to last a lifetime. They're just so cute and cozy feeling!

besides those, curved streetlamps, evergreen ashes, scheffleras, cypresses, garden benches, as well as a lot of ‘farmcore’ items like barrels, garden wagons, beehives, silos, windmills, etc. the log diys are also a fave

indoors, I’m very partial to the ranch and moroccan sets. lots of bookshelves, cushions, rugs, drapery (I love using the curtain partition against windows) for that cozy feel. customized glow in the dark stickers for faux doors/windows. also love playing around with all sorts of lamps and candles to go for different kinds of mood lighting.

Outside? I'd say benches such as the garden bench and park-themed items like the park clock and the soda machine. I also love using the wooden DIY stuff like the log stump. My island is like a rural classic AC vibe so i keep things pretty simple.

Indoors I tend to use pastel items like the blue/pink quilted wallpapers, the wooden-block set customized to it's pastel designs, and a mix of natural things like the hanging terrarium and potted plants. Just anything that makes me happy tbh, I'm picking my favorite items from my current house and why I chose them

I'd say the barrels (pirate barrels and the plain one), creepy skeletons, retro skull radio, cushions, stalls, fish drying racks, fish crates, anchor statues, lots of vines, moss, seaweed, wooden stools and the stonework kitchen.

Interior wise, I try not to repeat a lot of furniture, although I do like the ironwood items. I use a lot of partitions and counters now.
