How do you get items? What's so special about them? :0

If you mean "Collectibles", then they can be purchased on the Shop Page (accessible from the link in the header) with your TBT. Certain collectibles are sold out but restocked periodically, while other collectibles are event exclusives. Certain collectibles can be gifted from user to user and others cannot xP. They serve no real purpose apart from collecting them as a hobby ^^.
