Jacobs ladder

Today is the first day my town has been perfect!!! The only reason I noticed was because I found a Jacob's ladder. I was wondering if these flowers bread like other hybrids/flowers. Can I put 2 together and see if I get more or are they special and only grow when your town is perfect?

They only grow when your town is perfect and will only appear on the cliffside.
They do not breed.

They won't breed or make hybrids, but if you keep the perfect town rating a new Jacob's Ladder could spawn about every 3-5 days.

i got one jacob's ladder aily for about a week, then they started to appear less often. they appear every 2-3 days-ish

Also, I read somewhere that if they're next to other flowers, those flowers are more likely to breed a hybrid. But I don't know if that's true.
