Jami's Marvelous Journey to Washington DC: Day 3

Day 77. Sorry that this blog is coming late, we've been hang some pretty let nights. So today we went back to Gettysburg. We pretty much repeated the late night walk we did last night, except we were on the bus and we had a tour guide with us. After this, we went to eat lunch and shop a bit. At the gift shops, I got a wicked awesome Abe Lincoln hat, a Civil War bullet, and a lucky penny in a jar. Then I went to eat at McDonalds. There, me and two friends of mine got Happy Meals. It was a pretty epic moment. After all this, we eft the great city of Gettysburg. Next, we made our way to Harper's Ferry, West Virginia. There, we reenacted the John Brown mishap, climbed a lot, took good pictures, and ate ice cream! That was a fun time. When it was over, we headed to our destination: DC! We got to take a quick night tour of the city. We saw the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, FDR and Jefferson Memorials, and the Korean War Memorial. And that was about it for today. I'm sitting in my hotel room right now with nothing to do, so I shall go ahead and post yesterday (Wednesday's) blog. Seeya!
