How can I get any of them?
I don't have any to begin with, and people only trade with other people who have ones they do not

So how can I get any of them? D :

I suggest getting silver tools as soon as possible... people seem to like silver watering cans and silver axes... or just keep going to Club Tortimer's international islands until you find a generous Japanese friend. Sorry, I know it sucks but there aren't really any other ways than those. :C

I was wondering exactly the same thing. They even ask bells for catalogging the stuff..
Suppose it's a matter of meeting friendly people and having a lot of money. Just like real life :p

I'll be having an ordering service (similar to what the TBT member Valerie did) for all of the re-orderable Japanese DLC. I'll be doing something similar to what she did - you can catalog for free (and order on your own later via the catalog machine when you unlock it after Nooklings upgrades for the first time) or I can order the items for you to give you the actual items to take and you just pay me the bells that it took for me to order it (no extra fee). What do I get? More visitors at my town so I can eventually unlock the ability to change the appearance of the train station.

I will probably start this service in the next week or so. Keep an eye out for that.

I guess I got lucky with finding unorderable Japanese DLCs.

I spent a lot of hours looking around the internet, mainly getting stuck on Japanese CAPTCHAs, to find someone who was willing to trade DLC items with me. I finally found someone who was looking for a North American to trade with. After sending poorly translated messages back and forth, I got the game a week later.

At first I was going to trade one NA DLC at a time until I got his full 7-11 set, but he said no and asked to enter my town. This dude dropped all of the 7-11 items in my town and left after saying "Thanks!". The only thing I had to offer him at the time were stacked oranges which are basically the worst IOU ever.

Of course I asked why he just handed everything over.
He responded with "I trust. Let's work together!".
Now I'm like, "Gotta collect ALL the DLCs for this guy!", lol.

This sounds amazing, I'll keep an eye out!

I've made a really sweet Japanese friend in Club Tortimer. Every time she visits she has gifts for me.
I'm not sure which are Japanese exclusives besides the aurora screen. I've only gotten a few furniture pieces, she mostly gives me rare clothing/hybrids/streetpass items I probably will never get.

I also have a friend who lets me catalog Japanese items, but I haven't ordered any yet.
If you have anything in mind I'll see if I can order it for you.

I've streetpassed a Japanese girl three times now who has a lot of the orderable DLC in her house. So I bought those and should be getting them in the mail today.

I could whip out a list of orderable stuff she has later and order them for whoever's interested.

I wouldloveto be able to come to someone's town to order Japanese dlc! A price list for everything would also be awesome. :)

Is the 7-11 stuff reorderable? Curious is all how hard ill have to look for it.

I'd be interested, especially if you have a catalog entry for Tokonama or a Ghost Umbrella.

I would also be intressted in this service :)

All the Japanese people I've befriended aren't really on or don't seem to talk...I feel bad because I promised them DLC but how am I supposed to give it to them if I can't contact them? I'm beginning to not really care whether I have Japanese exclusive items or not :(
