Jock recommendations

So Tank asked to moved and since he finally gave me his photo I let him go. He’s been on my island from the beginning and will be missed. He was my only jock so I have an opening for one. Any recommendations?
Not axel because he’s on my husbands island and I don’t like us to have the same villagers.(we both had Melba at the same time and it was weird)
I don’t like the gorillas too much
Other than that I’m open to most species. No houses that look like dumps( I’m calling you out Chief)

I have Teddy and Mac right now. Teddy I bought off someone on here, Mac was a random camper who happened to be a top favorite jock of mine. Both are super cute, and both houses look like nice little cabins (they live near each other, in the forest, so the houses fit perfectly!)

Personally, I just love Teddy's whole basic teddy bear vibe. I feel like he'd fit on most islands.

And Mac is just a handsome dog. I love villagers whose faces are unique, and his definitely is! He's also proving suprisingly fun to dress up- I've given him a bulldog jacket (perfect!) and a sports cap (matches his original clothing perfectly!) so far. I've had Teddy awhile and may let him go in the next month or two, but I think Mac'll be sticking around for awhile!

Dom is also a cutie- but he's a bit cliched at this point, lol. I also had Coach for awhile and liked him way more then I expected!

EDIT: I would add in Kid Cat, another favorite of mine, but I think his house fits "dump" territory

I really like Frobert and Rod. I'm not sure what Rod's house looks like in NH but Frobert's is cute and has a green theme that suits him to a T.

I am really fond of Tad, Poncho, Antonio, and Bam. Just to throw a few more names out there

currently I have Tad and I love him! it's amusing to me to see such a small frog talk so confidently about his muscles. I previously had poncho and thought he was adorable too! although for some reason his house has three bunk beds and I think two laundry machines...

If looking for a strong looking villager, a Tiger will do nicely, I recommend Tybalt, or an Ape, I recommend Louie or Boone.

If you don't care whether or not they look strong, Rudy is the best jock in the series, no debate.

I recommend any of the jocks pictured above.They all have nice house interiors(Dom's is just okay though)and they all have the "play" hobby so they're toned down a bit from the jocks that have the "fitness" hobby.

tybalt, genji, mac, and dom are my favorites and the best-looking jocks imo

I currently have Poncho, he's nice but my favorite one is Boots and I think Genji is my second favorite.

I have Dom, Genji, and Rudy across both of my islands! Dom's house is very outdoorsy-cute, while Genji's is actually gorgeous and Rudy's is much more your standard house, but I love all three of them a lot and would happily recommend them!

Well, I was just about to recommend Axel, but oops...

In that case, I recommend Sheldon (my starting jock who I was sad to see leave) and Hamlet! Hamlet is a permanent resident, he's adorable and I plan on changing my profile pic to him soon. His house has a toy room theme if that helps. He needs more love!

Rudy has been my favorite so far.

I have also had Cobb (he's a lesser known pig with a scientist theme) and Roald and liked them both. I'm hoping to try Mac, Bill, and Dom in the future.

Tybalt is my absolute favourite villager.
Hes an adorable yellow tiger who's lack of attention is criminal.

Personally, I really like Tybalt. Nice design, looks like a jock, and he has a nice sporty interior!

I had Leonardo and I loved him. I actually miss him sometimes, but I had to let him go in order to have some fun dreamie hunting. :3

As far as jock villagers go, I love Bam and Drift for some reason. Bam being my all time favorite. I was actually dreamie hunting for him but found Cookie instead and couldn't pass up those eyes soooo, now I don't have a jock lol. But it's okay! I plan on searching for him for my next island.

But yeah, Bam, Drift, Leonardo (because he's kind of goofy imo) and Genji are pretty cool in general.

I had Bam starting out, and I miss him. I have Bud now, and he’s just meh for me.
