At the top right of the screen click "Preferences...Change Avatar". It will then bring you to a screen where you can either upload a picture from your computer or choose an online image URL.

The list of posts needed for each rank should be in a spoiler on the link I gave you.

Too get a custom avatar go to any site and find a picture then right click. When you do that press save url and then go too preference and click change avatar and post it where it says url too image.

The hard way:Go to a site like PhotoBucket And When you find a picture you want right click the image. then select save image When it gets done saving the picture to a folder go to preference and select Change avatar Then select browse and Left click the images name in the folder you saved it in.

And to Marlon, at least i posted advice.
