Yeah, I dealt with this a lot with my old shop thread. :/ It would constantly go back between 4 and 5 stars, because some a-hole keeps messing with the ratings. And go fig, this continues on my revamped shop thread. XD This was also an issue when I was cycling too.
To be honest, don't take it personally. I've never understood why there are thread ratings in the first place because you know someone is going to downrate it. It's just the nature of it.
I'll admit that it bothered me at first too, but don't let it affect your work. I personally just brush it off at this point because I'm tired of it and it's a waste of time to worry about it. My job is to make lovely work and to make sure every single customer is completely satisfied and as long as I've accomplished that, at the end of the day, that's all that matters.
Not sure if that lil tidbit of advice (or whatever that was.. XD) did anything, but hopefully it makes you feel a lil better. :3 <3

Oh, my actual hell? Pfft. Easy. Since I'm like a hardcore otaku (wheee) I have to wait until Saturday for mah anime episodes to come out. I wanna be able to hibernate and go to that very day, watch the episode, and hibernate again. So my hell is every day except for Saturday. (Not really but you get the point)
