Meh.... You need to make the C4D an overlay or screen layer. But other then that, you've got a different taste, 7.6/10

Actually, you can put C4Ds on a lot of different layer styles and get all different effects which look amazing when combined with other C4Ds, brushes, adjustment layers, etc. etc.

Ones I use regularly are:
Color Burn
Linear Burn
Lighten
Screen
Color Dodge
Linear Dodge
Overlay
Soft Light
Hard Light
Vivid Light
Linear Light

i have.
but it doesnt have any tutorials for the program i use.
and my dad wont let me download gimp.
hence why my signatures are so repetitive

Then you have three options

1) Give up making sigs
2) Convince your dad to allow you to download gimp
3) Keep making the same sigs as usual, seeing as they atleast look decent even if they are repetitive and very basic.

You're not going to progress with your sig making with the application you're using.
