The effects and negative spacing make the focal point weird. Needs a bit more depth and the monotone is just bleh. The quality isn't good either, and overall it's a 7/10

GIMP. I would use Adobe Photoshop but GIMP is better IMO (easier to use), and I've already grown accustomed to GIMP, so it'll be annoying to switch. >_<
