katrina is in my town and when 20 people get a fortune from her she will move into the main street wich i really want ill even pay the 500 bells for you to go get youre fortune. and also once you add me ive always got my gate open.

You have to be the one that visits her 20 times. Having 20 other players visit to get their fortunes told, will not get you her shop on main street.

The guide book has a lot of errors in it.

Edit: Yes, other players can visit her in your town too, but only your visits (and any other residents of your town) will actually count towards the 20 you need for the shop to open. Their visits count towards their 20 fortunes, not yours.
