Also there is a doctor outfit in the Able sisters store.
As a last thing you can pick fruit that you do not have yet on my island.

I ask you to limit yourself to shake off only 1 tree per fruit that you do not have.

For example you do not have pears yet: You can shake a pear tree and take 3 pears.
You also do not have oranges, you may shake one.

But to give everyone a chance don't go shaking 5 orange or 5 pear trees. Please limit yourself to one tree per fruit you do not have this way everyone has a fair chance.

There is no entrance fee but if you would like to gift something I am always happy to receive a gift. For example you can bring flowers. I only have pansies and windflowers on my island I believe.
