A question: Would you consider adding a Pok?mon to a chibi for an extra cost? If not, I totally understand. ^^

Yes, I can do pokemon! However the difficulty of the pokemon will determine the price. C: So let's say you want a... voltorb! Not very hard, the price wouldn't be too greatly increased. However, let's say you wanted something more like... haxorus! Since he's more detailed, the price would be higher. Think of it like a chibi; least detailed = less cost, more detailed is a higher price.
