The bonk reaction is so popular, that millions of users pay high amounts of TBT just to gain access to the "bonk" reaction. The toy hammer is highly sought out by known collectors and enthusiasts. After the mid of April, the toy hammer was pulled from online presence. Prompting many pleas by the online fans to start a petition to bring the toy hammer back. Which is why it is called "The Great Bonk Tragedy of 2024".
