letter glitch

I got a letter from Nintendo a few days that said something like that it is august which is a time for fireworks.

did Nintendo accidentally send this letter out or is it a glitch?
did you get one?

I can't check exactly what the letter said because i put it in the post office and now it wont let me check my saved letters. it i can I'll post back here with what it says.

oh and the reason i believe i couldn't get into my saved mail was because i just payed off my loan, which takes away some of the office options so no big

No no, Anyone who has played the game after the fireworks festival will recieve this letter when they go on wifi. The only possible way to get this letter not counted as a glitch letter is to play the game the day the fireworks festival starts.

It happened to me beforre. To stop this just go to your phone and do "Download letters." Go on wifi and it should stop. This happened a few times to me but this stoped it.
