Level-5 (Professor Layton, Yo-Kai Watch, Nino Kuni, Fantasy Life) shut down in NA

It's possible that someone else takes over localizations, and to be honest that would be the better solution if it meant people didn't have to wait half a decade for the games.
 
Well if it's still stays like this. Then l'm just going to ask my friend from Japan and see if she can get me a copy so l can play the Yo Kai Watch. And maybe the other games.
 
It's really sad to hear this since I really love Yokai watch, and was also hoping that it would at least do well in the west since it was so popular in Japan. I would hope maybe another company could pick those games up but I can't honestly see any other gaming company that would, since it's a shame since the Yokai games now online are just so expensive.

I agree. I just gave up an bought my Yokai game digital. It isn't the same, as I prefer physical games, but it's better than paying those high prices.
