Level 75 and no female horses :(

Do the villagers you unlock correspond to a fixed schedule? ie you get Colton level 44 static level 45 and then Blake level 46 for example?
Tried to look it up to get excited for when I?ll finally get some female horses !

There are no female horses currently in the game except for Savannah, who only appears on an island from Gulliver, more specifically Rocket and Pals island. Every 5 days or so you can refresh your islands, and they're are a lot of islands so you might have trouble. Not to mention the amount of rare materials you have to use. Good luck.

also the villagers you unlock at each level is random
