I don't know if he's a popular villager or not, but I realized I don't have a jock in my town, so I picked him.
Even if you are reading this and don't actually have Teddy, could you let me know if he is in fact sought after or not? I never see his name come up on the boards, so I'm just assuming he gets voided alot lol

btw I'm purposely not listing my villagers because I don't want a frenzy. All I'll say is of my next 3 villagers to move, 2 are definitely in the upper tiers and without knowing exactly what Teddy's worth I can safely assume both are worth way more than he is.
