I'm honestly surprised that I had the extra time after school this week! For once we don't have any homework besides studying so that means I have plenty of free time afterwards to go on NL. 
On Sunday when I went to get my daily work done in Cypress, I left my house to find some mail waiting for me. One of the letters was from Pate, saying that she had moved away. She had just moved in, too! I never got her pic, but I'll probably just end up seeing if anybody has an extra one somewhere on the Forums instead of cycling through a bunch of villagers just to get her again. Today I found Bluebear in Main Street, though, so at least that was a pleasant surprise. She was the first villager to leave my town and I hadn't seen her at all until then!
I had forgotten that Nature Day was celebrated on NL, but when I checked up on Cypress today Isabelle told me that, yes, they do celebrate it-and right before Weeding Day, too! I'm a little relieved that all I had to do was get the cool globe and snap a few pictures-I didn't want to spend the whole afternoon doing some crazy job! I had a nice time; it felt great to be helping our environment, even if doing it on a game doesn't actually connect it to the real world! Don't worry, I've made sure to pick up some trash today too.

As for those of you wondering about Sylvia, she's fitting in great! There was some rumors going on between her and Tammy, but they seem to have figured it out. I'm looking forward to seeing what she will do for Cypress!
