Hello,

I have not been on TBT in awhile and it has come to my attention that some people are saying there is a lightsaber hack? Of course after I go to see the picture of it. I am using the Wii's browser that has a zoom capability. If you zoom in on the picture untill it begins to get pixilated you are able to see that the lightsaber clearly has a different texture than the actual Animal Crossing textures.
In my opinion the lightsaber looks like someone drew a line over the axe in Microsoft Paint. The texture of the lightsaber is of horrible quality you can clearly tell it doesn't belong. One more thing...
If YOU truley hacked a \n axe into a lightsaber wouldn't you want to make a video showing the world your creation? Maybe he doesn't have video camera? Well then how about someone with a video camera came to your town? Surely the creator would have one friend with a video camera...

Now am I saying that it's not possible someone heard about the lightsaber and drew a picture of it, showing that there was indeed "proof?" I am not saying that, I just think it's very un-likely.

Just my two cents...

It is a hacked axe, it's just a texture hack, which literally means they went into paint and made the axe into a lightsaber and copy the texture to the game.

There is a video of people using them. So they are real, but I would never go near one.

It's a modded axe. And they do not ruin your game. This is the result of the hard work of non abusive hackers to bring quality DLC to the community instead of things as useless as the top. The lightsabers are just a test, you can expect much more quality in the coming weeks/months.
