At the moment I am only taking reserves for villagers that are currently residing in Lilac, BUT after I clear out the requests for villagers I currently have, I will be resetting my cycling town and starting it over with a faster method where you can reserve any villager. I am working very diligently in all of my free time to finish up this cycling town and move onto to one where things can go faster! Villagers are all free!
