As for Ankha, I'm aware she's a tier 1, so would like offers upwards 5mil bells. She hasn't asked to move yet, but I'm more than willing to time travel a bunch until she's ready to leave. I like her a lot, but unfortunately, her house placement is a little bit awkward, and I've already gotten Diana and Blanche as snooty villagers
