Limit on PWP's?!

I just went into office today to start a new PWP but it only showed the reset center, and all my town hall reno's.
Does that mean I have too many PWP's q-q.

There is a limit of 30 pwps you can have.

Makes sense for there to be a limit. Otherwise your town might get over cluttered and ugly looking.
