Limit to photo size in posts?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there was a size limit to a photo posted in a thread? (post? sorry not sure exactly what it's called on here >.<)

I wanted to open a tbt shop and found it easier to just insert a screenshot of what I am selling as oppose to organising it all on here>.< But wanted to check if there was a limit to the size of a photo I could post so my shop wouldn't get closed down :l

there isn't really any size limit, as long as it's not obnoxiously large and stretches the page, you should be fine.

if it is too big you'd probably be able to notice anyway, and if you feel it's too big you can always put it in a spoiler. if you're still uncertain, just look around other peoples shops to see what sized photos they use.
