During TBT's 20th birthday, the 2010s theme was brought back. With this theme was the old lineup format of 6x2. I was wondering if anyone actually preferred it like that?

Personally, I don't really care all that much but if I had choose I'd go with 5x2 just because I like having things lined up in odd numbers. What do you prefer, and why? I'm just curious about what others think

5x2; I like to put things in the center, and 6x2 kind of ruins it for me. But I agree with Apples that there should be an option to switch between layouts since I understand why some people would prefer 6x2.

I feel like 5x2 looks a lot better than 6x2, so I definitely prefer that one. I guess having the option would be nice but I would probably never use it.

I've long since acclimated to the 5x2 lineups and have built lineups around it. Even if they were to permanently bring back the option to use 6x2 lineups in the future with a toggle or whatever, I wouldn't get much use out of it at this point and I'd have to track a few things down. I'd rather not go through the hassle.

6x2 is cool for things like full rainbow lineups and the various types of Poké Balls, but yeah, I'm too committed to 5x2 now.

I definitely prefer 5x2 lineups! I think they suit our sidebars better and look much neater, and I'm able to come up with lineups more easily for the 5x2 layout than I was for 6x2! I lowkey think the switch to 5x2 is one of the biggest reasons why I got into collectibles and designing lineups, because I didn't really care for either before.

6x2 is the best for displaying certain complete collectible sets and rainbow lineups, though! I kinda wish we could toggle between being able to have 5x2 and 6x2 lineups just so I could display my full house letter set in one row.

6x2 made the sidebar way too wide and clunky looking imo. its only benefit was birthstones, rainbow candies, & the house set which are very specific, very niche uses

i used to remember the 6x2 lineup super fondly, but since using the 2010s skin in november i've realized 5x2 is the clear winner. like many others have already said, 6x2 really only works well with certain sets of collectibles whereas 5x2 is wayyyy more versatile.

Both are good, both have their pros and cons. I think I prefer the 5x2 lineups. People have said it on here, symmetry good. Plus I just have some lineups that can only work in 5x2 and my main 6x2 lineup was just a bunch of cakes. Maybe that's a limitation of my own creativity tho.

5x2 all the way! I was around during the old 6x2 era and while I had some really nice lineups, they were kinda expensive and you couldn't really center stuff. I remember needing to have 2 of each collectible so it'd look nice. I only really liked it with the old 150x100 avi extension since a long lineup matched my long icons, but otherwise the current sidebar interface is much better and less cluttered.

I actually liked the 6x2 a bit more than I thought I would have, but if it ever changed from 5x2 to 6, I think I'd be a tad upset unless we are allowed to drag and drop collectibles in to the order we want regardless of dates or some big re-release event/redate freebee thing for the change from 5 to 6. Also, it would be more expensive to fill out than 5x2. Even if you used blanks. But if it were 6x2 I think I'd probably just leave it kind of random looking or be more about the backgrounds matching than centered patterns like I do now.
I voted for 5x2.

I prefer 5x2 but 6x2 are cute! I saw old screenshots of TBT and wondered why the lineups looked like that. Really the only reason I would be interested in 6x2 is to use the full とびだせ どうぶつの森 logo house set of collectibles, which are my faves haha
