I've had Biskit, Diana, and Marina in my Signature for a little white. (Not more than a month.) And I guess that Marina up the top-ten list (of Tier One) is with some people having gotten around to other Dreamies before being able to get Marina. I've met her in some recent Dream Address visits. She has some dazzling looks. (Especially the hot pink.)

I think that Blanche should move up to a higher tier. I recently came across this thread which shows that she is often more desirable than Whitney (a tier 1 villager):

She also is adopted frequently and quickly when others offer her. Currently, there is an auction where she is going for over a million (pretty good for a tier 5). If she finds a home easily and can compete with a tier 1, then I believe she is no longer fitting well into the tier 5 category.

It's impossible to say that you can only like the permanent villagers you've chosen for your town. There are always more than 10 you like, but you can't necessarily have the others. The 10 permanent villagers you have/are looking for are contributing to popularity, while the others do not.

As for her price, I've noticed her creeping up a bit recently. I'll keep an eye on her.

I'm not suggesting Blanche be a tier one btw, nor is my comment biased (she is not one of my dreamies). I do think the thread is still noteworthy. Thought you might like to see it is all.

Additionally, I think a lot of people are choosing villagers based on the this tier system. I've come across many who have low tiers that they like, but then want to get rid of them simply because they found out they were "unpopular". It certainly is influential to a large degree.

I have no problem with Starlark, but Colton is on her desired villager list. The quote above is yours. I felt the thread was noteworthy and there is no rule against posting threads, so yes, it feels as though I was singled out. Aside from that, I mentioned a trend that I had observed just as she did; a different type of response was not warranted. It's a villager tier system for a game based on observation, lol, and we both made a similar observation. So I posted a thread and she didn't. How does that warrant a lecture, which makes it appear as though my opinions are worthless? Of course you're going to try and defend your position, and I bet you have a lot of support on here since this is a popular thread and you've been around awhile. Put yourself in my shoes and then view the two responses. I think you'd react similarly.

If you do not want threads to be posted, then please make that clear on your front page, and if you want to appear fair, then enforce the ones you do have written instead of lecturing people over the "invisible" ones. While I read your front page, I did not read every single post here to see what you have said in the past about threads, or how you feel about them. It's kind of unfair to assume I know your take on that if it's not posted from the get-go.

I'm not trying to be nasty, but I read what you said to me, then her, and well, it does kinda make your eyes pop followed by "Huh!"
