Date of the thread needs to be revised. Today is March 28, 2014. It indicates last week.
Phoebe is the only Uchi now in the Top Tier. She shot dramatically up. I thought the Jock Bam would get there before Phoebe. (That is, if I compared the two strictly to each other.) This game doesn't have as many Uchis as, say, Lazies. And I think Phoebe is a gorgeous Uchi. She deserves it.
The rest of the list is one I haven't gone over just yet. I just felt like quickly weighing in Phoebe's ascendance to the Top Tier.

Thanks for that, I forgot to update that..
And yeah, Phoebe really shot up, the last 3 (maybe 4) updates, she's climbed in every single one

As much as I like Phoebe, she is definitely not tier 1 material.

One can say this about any of the 15 who, at any point, will ever rank in the Top Tier for whom one does not feel impressed. That is not the point of "List of Villagers Based on Popularity."

wow really? I didn't realize Phoebe was that popular to be listed a tier 1. o: I knew she was popular though. I gave her away before! (such a hard decision as she was a starter) and there didn't seem to be much interest when I see give-aways of Phoebe here before. But congratulations Phoebe! <3

Marshal was one of my starters. He lives just under my house, literally 2 spaces away as well xD
Nibbles was also a starter (lives next door to the right), Stitches just moved in today via the campsite, and Diana moved in a week ago quite randomly.
I know for sure I am keeping Nibbles (SO CUTE) and Marshal (Eh, I sort of like him), but I will probably be willing to let go of Diana and Stitches. Not overall fond of either of them.

I predicted long ago that phoebe would reach teir one. I was right. On the other comment, I'm surprised that stitches actually moved down. I thought he was more popular than lolly.

Stitches is crazy popular, but his popularity is really dwindling atm.. I actually think he could do with dropping a few more spaces..
Lolly's shot up recently, and is on par with Diana for number 3 atm (but I don't do joint places, so I've placed Lolly just below)
To anyone who wants to consider possible new entries to Tier One.. The only one who's likely to go up atm (in my opinion) is Bam. He is only one who's likely to rise as the others are solid Tier Twos.. Molly's climbing and could go up, but it seems very unlikely atm
