Ya know, I feel Roscoe should maybe moved up to at least Tier 4. I have a cycling thread with him, and have had so many people asking for him.
Also, I see a lot of people lurking in cycling threads for him. And although tumblr is not counted towards the TBT list, I see a lot of people asking for him. Not many people can find him because he's basically auto voided for being tier 5.

I feel like most of the tier one villagers have already been accomplished. So people don't feel the need to search for them anymore. If that makes sense?

I had Roscoe as one of my starters, and when he moved out, I had two or three people wanting him when I gave him away. But of course, this was back when he was still in Tier 4 (and all the Tier 4's were unranked).

Some of the tier 5 villagers actually are really popular and wanted. They just get auto voided so no one has auctions or giveaways for them. So they're a lot harder to find.

Update

Lolly has been moved down from number 4 of Tier One, to number 7.

Ankha has been moved up from number 8 of Tier One, to number 5.

Zucker has been moved up from number 5 of Tier Two, to number 3.

Punchy and Tia have swapped places, with Punchy moving down from number 8 of Tier Two, to number 13, and Tia moving up to take the number 8 spot.

Bob has been moved down from number 14 of Tier Two, to number 18.

Flora has been moved down from number 1 of Tier Three, to number 4.
