Locating The "Looking For/Buying" Tab

I was going to post a Looking For/Buying forum post on the Trading Plaza, but I read the announcement about posting that type of thread in the specified area, which that wasn't. It says it was located at the top of VTP, but I have no idea how to find it. Any help would be appreciated!

here it is

specifically "at the top" would be any stickied threads (should say "Sticky:" in their title)

which those will always show up at the top of the threads listing for that part of the forums for every page, and are generally deemed the most important threads for its section
