Oh man. I want Eunice too, the difficulty you're having makes me sad.

It's funny, because if people were willing to pay mad bells for her, you'd see more Eunice's than you could shake a stick at.

Finding Eunice is not impossible, you just have to be really stalker-ish and check out people's signatures. I managed to get two Eunices (one for 1m bells and one for free), by sending PMs to people who have her listed as a villager Good luck!
