so let's say one day I want to open RLC commissions, what should the price be?
also is my art even quality enough to sale for RLC?

Spoiler: an Example of how my art looks, no I'm selling this it is just an example I repeat just examples of how my art looks

I do however also do larger more detailed drawings but I have none to show at this moment sadly I wish I did but I do not, though I am working on one

It's difficult to say based on your first one and second one. The second one has much more effort and style in it than the first. I don't think the first one would honestly be sell-able. The second one is unfinished as far as a paid piece would go for though, so if it was colored appealingly I'd say you could get $5 maybe.

but I just wanted some opinions TBH

Unfortunately I can't give you a ballpark price without a completed piece.

I'd say the completed Pokemon drawing would be a dollar or so as well.

So it is. I need my eyes checked.

Don't sell yourself short by any means though. I'm sure you could get more than $1 if you're doing something special for someone, or really taking some time for details.

Also to the above chibi comment, I'm not a fan myself. I'd rather buy a pokemon/digimon, so you have that going for you.
