I caught one by accident a week ago, lol. All that rain payed off!

My accomplishment for the day is getting the Char so I don't have to worry about June fish anymore.

I've had 12 of them at one point, all from a night's worth of fishing. Seems like they're wayyy easier to get this time.

Yes, coelacanths are much easier to catch in ACNL than previously, I think. I have caught three when fishing from my town's beaches between 8-9 PM during torrential rainfall, on different nights. The first one I gave to the museum, the second I kept for a pet, and the third one I sold. Oh, and then I caught more than 10 on the Ancient Fish Tour, but I don't think that really counts.
