If you are planning on using that delicious pear to plant, it'll turn back into a normal pear tree. You can't get delicious fruits that aren't your native fruit.

haures, i managed to get a delicious pear already, but ive added your code so we can trade things in the future.
rue, yeah, i know, but like an idiot i sold my original delicious pear thinking that my trees would grow another. 7 months later and nothing. so i was looking to replenish my town with delicious pears.

I know fertilizer can help regrow them, but I have yet to get my copy :C
