I love that little fur ball. I'd like to call upon the friendship of someone who has O'Hare moving. I currently have 10 villagers (see signature) in my town (and none has expressed the will to move yet), but I'm willing to break my rules and time travel to make things easier.

I will not buy villagers for hundreds of thousands of bells, let alone millions. But I'm a sociable likeable friend that plays regularly and enjoys going to the Island. I'm quite generous in gifts and I seldom give rare items to my friends.

I believe you can actually adopt villagers from someone elses campsite. Since I don't TT the offer stands until 12 PM (GMT +1).

Damn Agent S has plopped down her house in my village this morning without me having invited her (must be because I visited someone yesterday through WiFi) and becoming my tenth villager. FUDGE
