I play, but do not have a friend code. How do I obtain one?

I just recently started playing it. It has become my favourite in the series. Problem is, my game isn't patched to use Wiimmfi and RiiConnect24 since it is difficult setting them up. That and my main character has my real name which I don't want to reveal.
