Buying Looking for some clothing items

One item I most definitely require is a black top hat so that I may complete an outfit of mine.

Assuming visitors can buy from other islands' Able Sisters stores, of they have the following, I am also interested.

• Victorian Dresses
• Top Hats (other colors)
• White Tailcoat
• Tuxedo Jackets
• Cropped Pants
• Tweed Jackets
• Waistcoats

None of this is urgent, but if one has them available, that would be very appreciated.
