Clothing Looking for someone to re-create the Pleather Vest into a Tee/Shirt version.

What I mean is: I want to see if someone can design me a hopefully near accurate version of the Pleather vest but add some sleeves to it.

Back in Cityfolk it had sleeves since Sleeveless/Long Sleeves weren't in there.
I like the shirt design but I hate tank-tops shamefully.

I'm willing to pay big for it, if you wanna be creative and make it long sleeved, I'll fill you in on some extra details C:
But if anything, This isn't anything an Amateur should attempt...Which is why I aint trying it! Ahaha D:
