Louie and new items coming to Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer on Oct. 2 (Europe)

The Japanese site says he'll come to Japanese copies on October 1st and be available through to November 1st.
He is being released alongside 30 years of Super Mario and will come with these items (+ his photo), and is obtained the same way you obtain other DLC characters (via the second level)

People will be able to get him via amiibo cards and save his unique items to cards for other people anyway, so not to worry if you're outside of EU...

Plus, given past DLC, all regions get everything eventually
