To answer Crash, she's the user called Anime1235. I noticed it was the same person because of the avatar she had before, and the leaderboards of the Bell System. Before, she had this avatar of the Pokemon-human hybrid things, and when you look at the image locations, it would say something along the lines of gaiatools.org/user=anime1235, and then, when Anime1235 disappeared in the Bell System Leaderboards with 30k in the bank, PokeRocker took the spot with the same amount of bells. Then when someone called her out for it, PokeRocker disappeared from the leaderboards again, and Anime1235 took the spot, with a few bells more due to the posts. She also lied about hacking items in Animal Crossing. In total, this person has, to my assumption, 2-3 alts.


Now, to solve this problem, the only reasonable solution I can think of is to post a picture of the photo open in Photoshop, with visible layers.
