Just a general note regarding the rules and modkills:
There will be NO modkills in this game as it is possible a player getting modkilled could disrupt another player's Win Condition/make it harder for them to win. If a player for any reason would be worthy of getting modkilled, they will have their Win Condition removed but will remain alive. This will make it impossible for them to be one of the five winners. That player will also be banned from my future games. :}
Alright, thanks! I have another question though. Will Day end when all actions are sent, even if everyone didn't submit a vote? Under "voting rules," in Rule 1, it says that Day will end once all actions are sent or 24 hours have passed. In Rule 2, it says that you must vote. Rule 1 didn't mention anything about voting, so I got confused upon reading that part.

Day will always end after all actions have been submitted no matter how many votes were cast. No one is required to vote in this game. Of course, if no one votes, no one gets lynched. Thank you for point it out, I will fix it in the Voting Rules now. :}
