It begins right now.
RL day and night isn't the same as the ingame one.

It begins now, it has nothing to do with realtime events. The nighttime phase ends when I recieve pm's from all mafia members. Or it's a washout... I.E. three of the mafia members vote for the same person. The round will end and that person will be lynched.

The day time round is pretty much the same way.
