I used to do it in my kiddie, internet days almost a decade ago. To me, it was always a joke. There might've been a time where I considered it real, but like I said, I was a kid. I guess it depends on the person.

when i was younger i did online relationships, but i don't know if i can recall ever forum marrying someone before.
i had never really seen it until i became more active here on tbt. it's cool to see everyone's opinions and ideas behind it though.

I did the whole online relationship too! With strangers though. It's not uncommon to see users marry each other, but in other social media sites this is real for people. Like say, in IMVU. People there actually get married or meet and get married. Whereas here, I think it's mainly a joke.

oh god i played on imvu so much in like.. 2008 when i was 14ish... my gosh the things people would invite you to do on that site..my childhood was definitely corrupted early on.
