Well not exactly, it's an auction in the way that is has a reserve, and i will not sell unless it reaches that reserve. I posted as a sell it now on the other forum, because that was the buyout.

I've seen other auctions have reserves, i don't think i'm being unfair in pricing because yesterday, he was sold for more.

I'd be happy with 50m, i'm giving some to my friends, and am going to be buying some hybrids.

I think you just got too excited about getting 50-60m here (50-70 on gamefaqs) and when no one was bidding it you changed your tune.

You could just wait longer, it depends on who is buying that will pay that much for him. You're better off waiting for the right person rather than auctioning and then all this junk happening.

Okay, what I suggest you do is start an auction with mine and EdIwin3052's bids (I believe it was 32M leading) being the current highest and post a buy out price of 50-60m; hence if this is not met someone still receives Marshal at the end instead of implying he'd be sent into the void just because a price wasn't met.

I understand, and thank you. The people on gamefaq's don't seem to want him much either. I was honestly just going by the price he reached on a auction for him yesterday.

No one's having a go, honestly; we're just trying to help since people can get very cross if they think they've been bidding in an unfair system. Normally what happens with auctions is the villager is listed, an end time is stated and an ideal price is mentioned (50-60m+ for you) then bidding resumes as normal with people bidding a set amount and somewhere along the line someone may come in with your buy out price and a trade is agreed.

If this doesn't happen by the time you decide the auction ends then the person with the highest bid wins. You may bid the same villager in the same auction on different sites but make this clear in the first post and update people on all sites what the highest bid is (normally with some evidence).
