Giveaway Marshal in my campsite

Marshal is in my campsite and I was wondering if he can move into someone elses village instead of mine? He is my dreamie but I don't have any room so I was going to give him to someone if they can get him to move to their town. Sorry if this sounds confusing, oh and will he be in my campsite again?

Really random. I had bluebear 3 Times in my camp.

Unfortunately due to lack of evidence to those "rare" claims I am inclined to believe it is impossible.

^this. i haven't seen a case where this would actually work. but yes they can come back.

I've seen the odd few posts saying it's worked but people can easily lie.

Thus why I didn't say Impossible incase it could've actually happened.
