So the 10 free items is for whenever you'd like to use it! You have unlimited tickets, but you can only use it once a day (I might change it but you all are so good to me that I might not ;-; ) You don't even have to request a villager. You could come to me and be like, "Hey Tia. I wanna redeem a FIC ticket, but I'm not going to get a villager today." And I'd let you come to town and pick up or I'd drop off your items. Now with your free villager, you get a free villager every time you buy 2.

And she’s plotted in! Thank you so so much, Mitzi’s moving in finishes up getting all my residents for Stardust plotted in, it’s a massive milestone in actually getting the town finished

I love that! But wouldn't you get really worn out cashing out free items? I don't want you to exhaust yourself with orders! You always have everything I need and you're always online. That's why you're the best.
That being said, I will have to come back for Merengue later tonight because I'm going to spend a little bit of time with my family. I'll let you know what I decide on for the free 10!

"TBT" is the forums currency. It's located in the side panel under your avatar, the one that reads "Bells: (number)".
You can transfer those to other users and are generally used for trades on these forums as well as purchasing collectables in the forum's shops. You earn them by posting.

That's fine! 20TBT refers to the on forum currency that you earn by making posts or selling things in the Re-Tail thread. You can see how many you have in your sidebar whenever you're browsing through the forum. If you would like to pay with the in game bells of ACNL, the price per villager is 4,000,000 bells.
