Does anyone here use a meditation app such as Headspace, Calm, or Synctuition? Is it worth the subscription fee? I’m just starting out and I find it easier to focus when using guided meditations or ambient sounds, but I’m not sure if it’s something I want to spend my money on.
I use headspace everyday, i think it is well worth the price. I also use Insight Timer because they have some of my favorite guided meditations on there from Sarah Blondin - her stuff pretty much changed my life.
