My town is as poor as Ethiopia, and we can barely afford any food. There are no fish in the water and the villagers do not feel like eating each other. However, we have received word that a cake the size of a rhino is in existence. We shall try and get her into our town to feast on her. She will last us for years. At long last, the hundred year famine in Polaris will end, and my lazy villagers will be satisfied.

I first laid eyes on Merengue when a friend directed me to her profile page on the AC wiki. This was the week that I first started playing ACNL, and upon seeing her, it was love at first sight! It was then that I realized just what an impressive game ACNL is, with not only great gameplay, but excellent character designs that are so endearing that they have the ability to completely immerse the player into a world of total cuteness! I knew I'd never be able to give up my town of Calicone, and that I would definitely do my best to one day obtain my number one dreamie: Merengue the normal rhino! That was last June, and I still haven't given up my goal.
I think I'm so drawn to Merengue because of how creative and inspiring her design is. I feel like whoever created her must have really loved what they were doing. She's perfectly adorable from her frosting covered crown to her delicious strawberry horn. Heck, even her outfit is the cutest! Her expressively cute eyes, blushing cheeks...ah, I love Merengue!

Honestly, I can't draw, I'm not too good at writing or anything creative really. I've been a bit down on my luck lately, health and money wise (I'm unemployed and actively seeking a job) and my birthday is coming up! I can't ask for much as my family is on hard times (I don't pay rent or anything, but I do buy groceries and take care of my younger siblings) the only thing I really want for my birthday would be to have Merengue move in. I'm still new to this fandom, and I've seen her in so many dream towns, and each time I talk to her she's the nicest villager ever. She's my favorite color, and nothing would make me happier every day then turning my game on, and seeing her in my town. I didn't ask for anything this year for my birthday, but if I could have anything at all, it'd be Merengue ♥
