Ok, buy your preferred stationary, then write the letter itself. Then, go to the Town Center or whatever you want to call it, go to the right side, then choose mail, then when you see the neighbors in your towns, they're should be two buttons on the lower left.. Click the right one and pick the registered person you want to send it to,
